When I am in the flow, life feels like an indulgent bubble bath! The feeling of soothing bubbles, like soft kisses from the fairies, floated and gently clung around me. Thinking about my world, I inhaled the aroma of my life and exhaled a big AHHH of all I have accomplished thus far.
Voices blending in harmony. Bowing our heads in appreciation and gratitude. Family, friends and neighbors gathering. Giving thanks for being alive.
The heart beats consistently, day after day year after year in a rhythmic fashion, like the breath of life brings our attention to the moment. The steady beat of pulsation is connected to thought, emotion and feelings. It can speed up when excited or slow when at rest.
Imagine if you will... planet earth shrinking down, smaller and smaller until it is the size of a marble, a tiny round sphere with all its veins and inclusions.
Authentically engaging with another, exhibiting love with clean intentions and values, empathy and compassion, you become a walking example of kindness and impress upon others to take a look at themselves in a new way.
Today for kicks, get in the party mood and dress with flair that says, I am fun, I am fascinating, I am unique! As you go on your merry way, participating in life's party, others will join in the soiree in their sarongs too!

The metaphor for writing and putting a book together is like a birth.The story is conceived and as its carried to term, the belly of work expands and rounds out.

From inception to birth we are held in the womb of safety and comfort. We travel solo, making our way through the birth canal and out into the light. When held for the first time, after floating in our solitary environment, we find we are not alone after all.
